Hello everyone!
This is my first post and (of course) with my first post I would like to relay some information. To view your times for almost all our meets you can go to baumspage.com. Also, I included in the bottom portion of this blog a "pace calculator." You can type in any mileage you want to run along with your goal finish time and it will calculate what you need to run your miles in. It's a good tool to have when your working on your pacing.

Why are there only pictures of the girls? Are you ashamed of your boys team? Do they just mess around in practice and throw sticks at each other or something?
Well the girls are obviously better than the guys team. They recently have been ranked 12th in the state after finishing 17th at Tiffin in the division II race.
